Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born November 24, 1982) is an American political commentator. She was previously a political candidate, as well as a television host at MSNBC, a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and former co-host of the show The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they were leaving the show at the end of May in 2021. They wanted to start their own independent project called Breaking Points. Ball is a co-host along with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared on guest appearances in shows such as Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) and CNN (CNBC). Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani as of 2020. Ball attributes her passion for politics due to the fact that she became a mom during the 2008 primaries, and also was able to observe the US presidential election results while in Jordan. She observed how it affected the citizens of the country and developed an appreciation for US political influence across the globe. She was a senior fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st district. She lost to Rob Wittman in 2010. She was host of The Cycle, a MSNBC television show that she co-hosted from June 2012 to August 2015. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 until July 2015.
